Viewing & Managing Captured Leads
The Leads page is where every contact detail your agents capture during conversations lands. Use it to review who's engaging, filter to the leads you care about, and download them as a spreadsheet.
This article covers reading and working with leads inside VWAM. If you want to automatically send captured leads to another tool (like Klaviyo or ClickPoint), see Lead Integrations instead.
Open the Leads page
In the main navigation, click Leads.

If no leads have come in yet, the page shows "No leads captured yet." Once your agents start capturing contact details, they appear here automatically.

Read the summary cards
At the top of the page, four cards summarize your lead activity. They update to match whatever filters you have applied.
- Captured this month — the total number of leads captured, shown with the subtext "Total leads captured".
- Forms shown — how many times a lead-capture form was presented to visitors. When it's available, the subtext shows a submission rate (for example, "24% submission rate"), which is the share of shown forms that resulted in a captured lead.
- Top agent — the agent that captured the most leads, with its lead count underneath.
- Top behavior — the behavior that captured the most leads, with its share of the total underneath (for example, "38% of total").
If there isn't enough data for a card yet, it shows a dash (—).

Read the leads table
Below the cards, each row is a single captured lead. The table has these columns:
- Email — the lead's email address. Click it to start a new email to that person.
- Agent — the agent that captured the lead.
- Behavior — the behavior that triggered the capture, shown as a labeled tag.
- Name — the lead's name, if it was captured.
- Phone — the lead's phone number, if it was captured.
- Opt-in — whether the lead agreed to be contacted: Yes, No, or blank if the form didn't ask.
- Captured — the date and time the lead was captured.
Any detail that wasn't collected shows a dash (—) in that column.
Filter your leads
Use the controls above the table to narrow the list. The summary cards and the table both update to match. Above the filters, a running count shows how many leads match ("X total leads").
- Filter by agent. Open the agent dropdown (it starts on VerifyAgent: All) and choose an agent to see only its leads.
- Filter by behavior. Open the behavior dropdown (it starts on VerifyBehavior: All) and choose a behavior.
- Filter by date. Open the date-range dropdown and choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or All time. It starts on Last 30 days.

To clear a filter, reopen its dropdown and choose the "All" option again.
Search for a specific lead
To find a particular person, type in the search box at the top of the page. You can search by email, name, or phone number. The search placeholder reads "Search by email, name, or phone". The table narrows as you refine your search.
If nothing matches, the table shows "No leads match your filters."
Move through pages
Leads are shown 50 at a time. When there's more than one page, a footer below the table shows which rows you're viewing ("Showing X–Y of N") and the current page ("Page X of Y"). Use Previous and Next to move between pages.
Export leads to a spreadsheet
To download your leads as a CSV file (which you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool):
- Click the download button in the top-right of the page. Verifythe export control is a download icon button with the tooltip "Export CSV" — confirm whether it also shows a text label
- The export uses your current filters and search, so only the matching leads are included. Clear your filters first if you want to export everything.
- The file downloads to your device. While it's preparing, the button shows "Exporting…".
