AEO Tracker — History
The History page keeps a record of your past AEO Tracker runs so you can reopen any earlier result and see how your brand's visibility has changed over time.
Prerequisites
- You need to be signed in. If you're using AEO Tracker without an account, History is locked and you'll be prompted to sign up on VWAM to save your run history.
- You need at least one completed run. Until then, History shows "No runs yet."
Open your history
- In the top navigation bar, click History.
- The page lists your past runs, newest first, each showing the brand and category, the market, the run's status, and the date it was created.

Switch between your runs and your team's
Near the top of the page there's a two-option toggle:
- My runs — shows only the runs you started.
- Your team's runs — shows runs from everyone in your organization.
Click either option to switch the list. The page remembers which view you're in while you're on it.
Reopen a past run
Click any run in the list to open its full results again — the same dashboard you saw when the run first finished. This is how you compare an older run against a newer one: open one, review it, then come back to History and open another.
Reading the list
Each run in the list shows a few details at a glance:
- A badge marking the run's type. Runs made in Gap Finder mode are tagged VerifyGap Finder; all other runs are tagged Normal.
- The brand and the product category the run covered, shown as "brand in category."
- The market, the run's current status, and the date it was created.

Mentions in past runs
Past runs count company mentions the same way as new runs. Each mention is its own observation, resolved to one company identity. A competitor's share in an older run can read higher than you remember, because every spelling of its name now counts toward the same company.
Tips
- If the list is empty even though you've run reports before, check the toggle — you may be viewing My runs when the run belongs to a teammate, or the other way around.
- To keep runs building up automatically over time, set up recurring runs on the Schedules page.
