Integrations Overview
The Integrations page is where you connect VWAM to the other tools you already use — your help desk, your marketing platform, your analytics account, and your store. Connecting a tool lets your AI assistant pass information back and forth automatically, so conversations, leads, and events show up where your team already works.

Finding your way around
Open Integrations from the main navigation. Each tool appears as its own tile with a short description of what it does.
- Tabs. Use the All, Active, and Inactive tabs to filter the grid. Active shows only the tools you've already connected; Inactive shows the ones you haven't.
- Search. Type in the Search box to narrow the tiles by name or description.
- Connecting a tool. On a tile you haven't set up yet, click Connect. A window opens where you enter whatever that tool needs (for example a subdomain and an API key). Save it and the tile moves to your active integrations.
- Managing a connected tool. Once a tool is connected, its button changes. For most tools it becomes Settings VerifySettings, which reopens the setup window so you can update your details. For the support tools it becomes Disconnect.
- Turning a tool on or off. Some tiles show a toggle switch so you can pause an integration without disconnecting it. When you disconnect a support tool, you'll be asked to confirm — and if any of your assistant's behaviors route conversations to that tool, you'll need to update them first.
The tools you can connect
- Gorgias — Hands off qualifying conversations to your Gorgias support team. To connect, enter your Gorgias subdomain, account email, and a personal API key.
- Zendesk — Hands off qualifying conversations to your Zendesk support team. To connect, enter your Zendesk subdomain, agent email, and an API token.
- Email Support — Routes support handoffs straight to your own inbox by email, with no help desk required. Enter a destination inbox and an optional sender display name; a test email is sent to confirm delivery before the connection is saved.
- Klaviyo — Forwards chat events to Klaviyo as metrics so you can trigger flows and build segments from assistant activity. You connect it with a Klaviyo private API key, then choose which events to send and how they're named. See the Lead Integrations article for the full walkthrough.
- Google Analytics — Sends chat events to your GA4 account so you can measure engagement and attribution. You connect it by entering your measurement ID and choosing which events to send. See the Google Analytics Integration article for step-by-step instructions.
- Shopify — Connects your Shopify store to automatically import and keep your product catalog in sync. You connect it by installing the VWAM app from the Shopify App Store, which brings you back here once approved. For details on getting your catalog in and keeping it current, see the Managing Product Feeds articles.

EU visitors and cookie consent
If your assistant is shown to EU/EEA visitors, Vwam automatically holds back cookies, local storage, and third-party scripts until the visitor consents — the assistant still works, but nothing is saved to their browser until then. See EU Cookie Consent for how to wire this up to your cookie banner (OneTrust, Cookiebot, or similar).
Requesting a tool that isn't here
Don't see the tool you need? Click Request Integration in the top-right of the page. Enter the name of the integration (required) and, optionally, a short description of what you'd like to do with it, then click Submit request VerifySubmit request. Our team reviews every request to help prioritize what we build next.
