Schedule recurring AEO checks
Schedules let you re-run an AEO analysis automatically every week, so you can track how your brand shows up in AI answers over time without kicking off each run by hand.
Before you start
- You need to be signed in. Scheduling is a logged-in feature — if you're using the free tool without an account, you'll be prompted to sign up first.
Create a weekly schedule
In the top navigation, click Schedules. Screenshotthe top navigation bar with the History and Schedules links, Schedules highlighted
Under New schedule, fill in the run details:
- Your brand — the brand you want to track (for example, Allbirds).
- Category to track — the product category or topic to check against (for example, running shoes).
- Target markets — search for a market or browse Sales regions, Geographic regions, and Countries & territories. Selected markets appear as removable chips. You can select up to 10 markets.
- Global — the default target. Global measures one worldwide audience and cannot be combined with another market.
- Overlapping markets — allowed, but the scheduled run combines them into one audience and removes covered areas before analysis. It does not count the same area twice.
Choose a Mode:
- Direct — the standard analysis.
- Gap Finder — a mode that looks for gaps in how you show up. When you pick Gap Finder, an extra field appears where you can optionally add target spaces (topics to focus on). Type one and press Enter or comma to add it; each appears as a tag you can remove with the X. Verifytarget spaces
Under Cadence, note that Weekly is selected. This is the only cadence available today — a daily option is marked "coming soon" and can't be selected yet.
Click Create weekly schedule. You'll see a confirmation that your weekly schedule was created, and the run details will clear so you can add another.

Each scheduled Direct run generates exactly 10 queries for one combined audience and checks them across the active AI models. Gap Finder creates 5–8 intent clusters with 5–6 queries per cluster. These budgets do not multiply by the number of selected markets. The schedule runs automatically once a week from then on.
Review your schedules
Your active schedules are listed below the form. Each row shows the brand and category, the target-market label used by the run, the cadence, the date of the next run, and whether the schedule is on or off. A tag marks whether the run uses Gap Finder or the normal mode.
If you haven't created any yet, you'll see a message that there are no schedules.
Delete a schedule
To stop a recurring analysis, find its row in the list and click the trash icon on the right. Verifytrash icon You'll get a confirmation that the schedule for that brand was deleted, and it will drop off the list. There's no separate confirmation prompt, so only delete a schedule you're sure you no longer need.
Tips
- Can't find Schedules in the menu? You're probably not signed in. Sign up or log in, and the Schedules link will appear in the top navigation.
- Want a different brand, category, or target-market selection? Create a separate schedule for each combination — you can run as many weekly schedules side by side as you need.
- Looking for daily runs? Only weekly scheduling is available right now; daily is marked as coming soon.
