Themes ​

A theme sets the starting look of your assistant — corner roundness, borders, shadows, spacing, and motion, plus a matching starting palette (background and text colors, and a font for some themes). Your brand color always carries across every theme. Everything a theme sets is just a starting point: once you've picked one, every color, font, and detail stays yours to fine-tune in the rest of the Design tab.

The 10 themes ​

  • Classic — the original VWAM look. Every existing assistant uses this until you choose otherwise.
  • Modern — soft surfaces gently tinted from your brand colors. The default for new assistants.
  • Minimal — quiet and typographic, with no message bubbles — just clean lines.
  • Sharp — square edges and hard lines, with confident print energy.
  • Soft — round, plush, and friendly.
  • Couture — black-tie: a dark ground with fine metallic lines.
  • Terminal — a phosphor command-line look in a monospace font.
  • Pop — thick outlines and bold offset shadows.
  • Blueprint — a drafting-grid ground with dashed technical lines.
  • Paper — a warm, handmade-paper feel with softly tilted cards.

How to pick a theme ​

  1. Open your assistant in the builder and go to the VerifyDesign tab.
  2. Find the theme picker at the top of the tab.
  3. Click a theme to preview it live — nothing is saved yet.
  4. Like what you see? Click VerifyUse this theme to apply it.

Starting palettes ​

Each theme comes with a starting palette that suits its style — for example:

  • Couture starts with a dark background.
  • Terminal starts with a dark background and a monospace font.
  • Paper starts with a paper-toned background.

When you apply a theme, its background, text colors, and font become your starting point — your brand color is left untouched. From there, change anything you like. Switching to a different theme applies that theme's starting palette; it doesn't restore what an earlier theme set, so re-apply any custom colors or fonts you want to keep.

Themes and publishing ​

Choosing or previewing a theme doesn't change what shoppers see on your live assistant. As with any other design change, you'll need to click Publish for it to go live. Existing assistants keep using Classic until you deliberately pick a different theme and publish.
